RETURNS AND REFUNDS

TERPHOGZ.COM provides a 100% refund option for all orders before they are shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, TERPHOGZ.COM does not offer refunds for any reason. The only circumstance under which TERPHOGZ.COM may consider providing a replacement order is if a product is damaged or faulty, and this will be solely at TERPHOGZ.COM’s discretion. TERPHOGZ.COM does not accept returns under any circumstances.

To ensure accuracy, TERPHOGZ.COM takes a photograph of every order before shipping. In cases where customers receive incorrect products or damaged seeds, TERPHOGZ.COM may offer a replacement, but only after the customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. If TERPHOGZ.COM acknowledges its mistake, a replacement product(s) will be reshipped at no additional cost to the customer.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT send packages back to us under any circumstances, as they will be refused and returned to the sender.

 

 

SEEDS

TERPHOGZ.COM does not offer returns for any reason. However, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before it is shipped.

Before shipping, a photograph is taken of every order. If you receive a shipment containing the wrong product, please email us with a photo of the items in your shipment. Upon confirmation that the pre-shipping photo shows an incorrect product sent to you, we will promptly send you the correct product free of charge.

Please refrain from sending any products back to us, as such packages will be refused and returned to the sender.

 

MERCHANDISE

For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. In cases of packages lost in transit, all claims must be made no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.

If you provide an insufficient address that results in the courier’s inability to deliver, the shipment will be returned. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed shipments that are returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs, which will be your responsibility (if applicable).

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or returns for product exchanges, including face masks or size exchanges.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Therefore, TERPHOGZ.COM reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
