Standard Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment's progress. Guaranteed Delivery (US customers only): For an additional fee, we offer a "Guaranteed Delivery" service, which includes:

• Package tracking
• Signature confirmation
• A second delivery attempt for failed deliveries*

If you notice that your tracking indicates delivery, but you have not received the package, you can file a claim by sending an email to support@terphogz.com with your order number. *In cases where TERPHOGZ.COM determines that the delivery failure was not due to a customer-related issue, we will send a second package to ensure successful delivery.
